AUTO ACCIDENT: Vehicle Damage only (No injuries); Other party is 100% at fault. Other party is negotiating to pay my vehicle damages out of pocket. The other party IS insured, and I am too, however, if the negotiations fail, I would like to file the claim myself to avoid a possible insurance rate increase.
