How long exactly do we have to get our stuff out? "notice of restricted access" dated January 7th 2016

We received q paper in the mail HEADLINED STATING "NOTICE OF RESTRICTED ACCESS" here at my grandmother's house the house was in foreclosure went to auction and I guess sold,from Wat I've heard. A while back we got a paper stating we have 30 days from the above date or whichever is later. My grandmother passed away it will be two years in March. Me and my father have been staying here with her for 20 something odd years give or take. we want to know exactly what this notice means and if possible exactly how long we have to get our stuff and find another place so we're not caught off guard. Nobody ever told us how long we have until we have to move out so basically were left in wondering status which is not good very stressful. If somebody or anyone can answer my question I'd really appreciate it it would help a lot Thanks hope to hear from somebody soon.
