Is it too late to do anything about this ?

A year BEFORE I won a judgment from him at trial , the defendant transferred his home from his own name to his trust's name and I did not know this till recently . So the abstract of judgment I filed has his name on it and not the name of his revocable trust. He did file this change via a quitclaim deed , though I just discovered it recently . it was changed and filed 6 Year ago. Is this past the statue of limitations to claim a fraudulent transfer and am I therefore unable to do anything ?

You have 4 years to discovery the fraudulent transfer, 1 year to act on it once you know about it. And there is an absolute cut-off 7 years after the transfer. You're probably OK to file the fraudulent transfer claim - but should do it very soon (within 1 year of your discovery).
