How do I get the money back that I was overcharged?
My wages are being garnished. I have paid off the default loan in full but my wages are still being garnished.

This sounds like you may have a FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) case against the debt collector. I would contact a consumer attorney in your area who specializes in debt collection.
