I live in Redding, CA and the Trust is withheld at Capital City bank and trust in Tallahassee, FL. How can I sue???

I am a 39 year old small at home business owner entreprenuer, and I have been horrendously abused by my despots for trustees with Capital City bank and trust company in Tallahasse, Fl, who keep embezzling from my family's trust fund and continuously abuse their discretion to breach the terms of the trust and their fiduciary duties. They deny me any help whatsoever to 1) put a down payment on a new first time mortgage, 2) help pay down or off my $15k worth debts - WHICH THEY CAUSED ME TO INCUR AND THUS DRASTICALLY LOWER MY CREDIT SCORE AND WORTHINESS, 3) Lowered my income DUE TO THEIR SIPHONING MY TRUSTS PRINCIPLE behind our backs. They double deal, self deal and malinvest the trust on the front books, while kicking back for themselves twice to three times the percent yield or APY they barely dish out the crumbs to. The trust is worth $6 million. OH GIANT CAVEAT, I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND THE TRUST IN IN FLORIDA. WHAT CAN I DO???
