What are going to be the legal implications of this situation.? Should I give my not current business and work exempt papers?

I live in Florida and the manager of a trailer park that knows me personally had a tree that they wanted to cut down. That is close to the power lines and limbs had been trimmed and power co. is not responsible but when I cut it down it fell on the power lines. They did not get my business information which is not current and up-to-date I do not have my LLC or workmans comp at this time but the trailer park owner is going to want it tomorrow. the cops did not write me a ticket and the power company is having an investigator come out to inspect.
