My employer failed to provide a handbook of do's and don'ts of the business and position. Lack of this information has caused an on the job injury to happen to myself and was neglected the information. I am wanting to go after them for the neglect and failing to tell me that I wasn't allowed to do what has caused the injury on the job.

Workers compensation may likely be the sole legal remedy. Consult local counsel to be sure.

Georgia law prevents claims for negligence against an employer when an employee is injured on the job. But if you were injured on the job you are entitled to workers compensation benefits. I recommend consulting with a workers compensation attorney.
