Can I cancel my child support?
I'm over the age of 18 and my father owes back support. Is it possible for me or my mother to cancel the support so he doesn't need to pay the back support?

Mr. Hasson is correct. Just for clarification - your mother may forgive the arrears if she wishes. You may not. Remember, that this unpaid support was supposed to have been paid to help your mother take care of you. If she, for some reason, wants to hold your father to making up some or all of those unpaid past payments, she's perfectly within her rights to do so.
