How do I approach a large company? (Qui tam/ business venture question...sort of)

I have whistle blower/fraud information. It involves one private company sophisticatedly defrauding another for multiple millions of dollars. It has been going on for several years and is continuing to go on. I have solid proof. I would like to bring it to the attention of the company getting defrauded and get a percentage of the recovered funds. This isn't really a lawsuit venue, it is more of a business plan per say. Who in the organization do i contact? The CEO? What paper work do I need? Can I have a lawyer take care of all of this, work with me, and go in with me to negotiate with the company; and they get a percentage from me? Or do I need to do it all on my own?

You MUST have a lawyer represent you to ensure that you do not violate any statutes or commit a criminal act as how you broach the subject is as important as the content of what you say. You do not want to become liable due to a slip of the tongue. I am sure you can find an attorney willing to share a piece of the spoils should you be successful in this venture. And all of this is conditional on what exactly you know and how documented your information is. You may not have something that can be parlayed into a reward. Good luck.
