How long does a DUI stay on your driving record in Maryland?
I got a DUI In West Virginia and I'm wondering how long it stays on your driving record in Maryland.

Your answer is in two parts.Many states will report DUI convictions as a lifetime conviction record.All states now have greater punishments for dui convictions within 5,10 or longer periods.Most states do not allow a DUI to be expunged from your record as an adult.I do not practice in your state but I would refer you to Lenny Stamm or www.ncdd.com(the National College for DUI Defense)
