Last month I was interviewed for a green card in the local field office, the officer gave me a paper with recommended approval, what's the possibility the officer changed his mind after giving the recommended approval in the interview ? How long should it take to receive my green card ?

The officer will only change his or her mind if something is discovered in your background search which either makes you inadmissible/deportable or renders granting adjustment on discretionary grounds highly unlikely.

Schedule an INFOPASS after 90 days if other USCIS communication is received.

Hi, you will receive it soon (about two weeks later). Infopass is a good option if you don't receive it soon.

Really depends. That typically is a good sign but some cases, once they find some issue, CIS would issue an RFE or NOID even though the interviewing officer recommended approval.
