Contact a US immigration attorney to review your case and determine whether any exceptions apply and whether you are eligible. Generally, you must be over 18, legally able to be married, and you must have met each other at least once in the last 2 years.

Are you referring to exceptions to the meeting requirement? If so, you would have to prove (1) that meeting would violate you or your fiance's strict and long established customs, or (2) meeting would result in extreme hardship to you. Best of luck,

The waiver is based on either extreme hardship or due to a long established custom. You should speak to an attorney who can assess if the facts of your case meet either of the two. A general forum like this is not best equipped to discuss the specifics of a case.
