I was wrongfully accused for petty theft my lawyer told me that i will get ACD and my case will dismissed and sealed after six months, i sign the paper from where that i accused and never go back for 7 years! And everyday when i go to work i always pass at this store and my co worker ask me to go inside with him and its hard for me to explain and im so embarass to tell them, why i cannot go there! Can anyone help me about my situation!

Forget about the store, why would you want to go where you are not wanted anyway?
Cross the street, walk the other way for a block, what's the big magilla?
If you go in there, you can wreck your seemingly clean record.
I suggest you find a new route home to avoid any temptation to enter the store because it would be really embarrassing getting arrested in front of your co-worker.
