Why am I being implicated and how can I fight this?

I am being implicated in a hit and run last night there are no new damages to my vehicle because its obvious I didn't do it. There are no new scratches on my car or dents that weren't already there no paint from another vehicle anything like that but yet I arrive at home with a police officer behind me flashing his lights and issuing me a citation

Who knows. Possibly the police or someone else saw you involved with the hit and run. The lack of property damage is not issue. Best to get yourself a lawyer.

You want to get a traffic ticket attorney to beat the ticket. Next, you should send a letter to the owner of the other vehicle demanding to inspect his vehicle and asking that he preserve evidence of any property damage he alleges resulted from the car crash. Get a lawyer. Inform your insurance carrier. Photograph all of your own property damage to your vehicle that existed prior to the alleged crash.

Someone is more than likely a witness or claims to be a witness, to what you say you didn't do. Report the matter to your insurance company and get yourself a criminal defense attorney, or traffic lawyer.

You keep repeating that your car doesn't show damage, but you never actually say you didn't do it. That's just something that jumps off the screen at me.

Your guess is better than ours in terms of why you are being implicated.I suggest you retain criminal defense counsel immediately. Don't post any facts on the Internet.

Curiously, you seem to avoid saying you were not involved. You say there is no proof. If you are responsible own up to what you did. Take responsibility.
