Can property management take pictures with minors present in them when doing drive by inspections?

With tenant rights, can the property management do weekly slow drive by's and take pictures each time? We live in a house in a residential neighborhood within city limits. If able to, are there restrictions? Such as taking pictures that have our kids visible in them?
I agree with Mr. Moss in all respects here. If the party taking the photos is on a public right of way then he is most likely legal. However , because of the reports from your neighbors I would contact local law enforcement with the information and err on the side of safety.
Good Luck
I have no idea whether the activity you describe is legal (a Washington lawyer will tell us), but it is definitely creepy. And you can object to the conduct, even if it's legal. Remember, you are the customer in a landlord tenant relationship.
If you can, take pictures of the photographer next time. But don't wait. Find out who their boss is, or the company that runs the show, and object in writing.
Photography of properties is useful and common in property management. What you describe has sinister connotations. Object to it.
