Statue of limitations regarding mineral deeds, when does it start and end.

I found out 6 months ago that my estranged sister(Shes a Lawyer) filed a false affidavit of heirship. It was a mineral deed with a producing well on it. It was drilled in the Late 60's and the company had a large amount of money in suspension. This was in 2009 that she filed the false paper work, the affidavit was executed in 2009. She has been collecting check since 2009. Do i have a case. David

Statutes of limitation are generally tolled by what is known as the "discovery rule." That is, the clock won't start until the alleged harm is discovered. Am I correct in inferring that you are the rightful heir? If so, you should retain legal counsel and seek a remedy as soon as possible.
