Is there a motion I should file or someone I should contact to seek disciplinary action or a review of an attorneys conduct

Is there a procedure to seek disciplinary action against an attorney in Family Court. I am pro se, and the opposing attorney continues to use unethical actions to gain advantages during hearings. I have contacted the Washington State Bar Association about the behavior includinging filing 2 grievances in regards to the use of fraudulent documents, but they have decided not to proceed, and stated that since the court has not sought to discipline this attorney, there is nothing they are willing to do at this time. Is there a motion I should file or someone I should contact? How do I bring this to the courts attention? Thanks

Once the disciplinary board has determined not to act, there is nothing to be done about that. Whether to punish a lawyer is in their sole discretion If the lawyer has done something inappropriate in your specific case, you would make a motion related to that conduct and its impact on your case before the judge in your case. For example, if the attorney is refusing to cooperate with discovery, you would file a motion to compel discovery. If you are looking to get the attorney disciplined in general, again, that is not possible, once the disciplinary board has made its decision. You are not considered a party to the action, simply a witness, so you have no basis to appeal.
