My business partner and I are looking to invest in a Los Angeles based business and would like to show two separate investments into one company. Is this possible? and must two petitions be filed?

Although possible, it is very, very, very difficult. The 50/50 ownership papers must have special language. Use an attorney with experience in this type of case.
