Can someone explain how the new Intl. Meghan's Law works, Basically, what countries can I travel to?

I am currently serving a 10 years to life probation sentence in Arapahoe County for Sex assault over coming victims will (F4) and Domestic Violence (M1?). I have wanted to travel overseas, but I hear about the newly passed International Meghan's Law. My crime was not against a minor, but in CO all sex offenders are all the same.
