Hello everyone, I am a DACA recipient married to a U.S citizen. I recently used advance parole to travel out of the country and have the I-94 record number. We are currently working on the adjustment of status documents, we both work and have been married for 2 years. We will be sending the I-30 and the I-485 forms together with proof that we have been living together for the past 2 years. I am wondering if I will additional forms to send right now or is it OK for me to send the 2 forms with the evidence?

You should peruse USCIS article on How to Petition For Your Spouse and follow the recommendations there or engage an immigration lawyer. I-130 and I485 are the primary forms if you do not need the EAD and multiple entry Advance Parole.

Either retain a knowledgeable immigration attorney to prepare and file a One Stop Concurrent submission for AOS or use the instructions at uscis.gov as no licensed attorney will guide such complex adjustment case without any review or control.
