Can a psychiatrist not give you your last month's worth of medication when they fire you on the spot?
My psychiatrist. Did not prescribe my medications for a month and I do not have a new one yet,is that illegal?

A physician is not required to provide you treatment including prescribing medications. The only exception might be if you were in imminent danger of death or other serious injury.
