December3th 2013,I had hip replacement , since then I have had constant pain in upper thigh, for 2&1/2 years I have seen many doctors, had many test, to no avail. I recently saw a neurosurgeon who had me take more test and physical therapy. I was informed that my right leg is about one inch longer than my left leg. The doctor who performed the hip surgery claimed the surgery was a success , but now I have some nerve damage also. I would like to know if I can do anything about this.

There may be statute of limitations issues as the injury was more than two years ago. speak to local malpractice counsel to determine if there was a departure from accepted standards of care which caused injury and the if the statute of limitations issue can be overcome.

Statute of Limitations in FL for Med Mal is 2 years from discovery of the injury. More information is needed to know when that knowledge was or should have been attained. Contact an attorney who handles Med Malpractice immediately to fully explore options!

I agree that the Statute of Limitations may be an issue. 2 years from the time you knew or should have known about the malpractice. Lots of hurdles to jump over to preserve your right to bring suit, so time is of the essence. See a lawyer right away.
