Who has legal rights to the contents of house?

Mother and 1 daughter are on title of house as JTWROS. Upon mother's death what happens to the contents of the house since the 1 daughter now owns the house.....does the other daughter get 1/2 of the contents or do they stay with the house since it is outside the Will?

The Will controls who gets your mother's belongings. With the exception of fixtures of the home (the ceiling fans, for example), the personal property is not part of the Deed.
