How do i press charges for slander
my mother in law keeps calling cps on me and my wife saying that we physically abuse our daughter we do not and my daughter agrees we do not and that we "ground" more than anything, also cps has never found any signs or reasons to believe this is true! how can i sue her to put an end to this whole mess having cps in our lives is embarrasing and makes both of us look bad to our family and friends.
