It means that your foreclosure lawsuit has been dismissed. The lis pendens is notice that there is litigiation pending against real property. So that has been released. Without knowing more about your case, I cannot tell you whether it has been permanently dismissed, or whether there might have been errors in your foreclosure requiring the lender to dismiss and simply re-file again.

Mr. Roberts is correct--the dismissal does not mean you are out of the woods. The case can be refiled. It could be the note was sold to another entity which prefers to use a different set of lawyers. It could be there was a flaw in the original complaint. It could be a lot of things, so do not ready anything into it.

You case has been dismissed and there is no pending foreclosure. This could have been done so that the document could be corrected or more information was needed to file. You should go have your mortgage and case details reviewed by a Jacksonville Foreclosure defense lawyer to see what is going on and make sure you do not be come a victim of the frauds many of the foreclosure mills are committing. Often we see these actions when they realize their case is faulty, and they need to get documents in order to refile.
