Can L2 visa holder working for indian company,work from home in US for over 6 months.It is lawful

I am employed in india,have an L2 visa and i want to continue working for the same company without quitting i will be paid on indian payroll as well as my salary will be subject to tax as per indian tax laws.. i just want to be in US with my husband and continue working from home for the same company. is it possible or for that as well i have to get employment authorization?

If you are living in the United States and working in the United States (even from home), you need the employment authorization document. Since you have the L2 visa, you are eligible to receive the document by filing the I765 application. I suggest you confer with an accountant in the United States about the requirements for you to report income earned from the Indian company while you are living in the United States.
