My fiancé and I have started a prenup on and just wanted to know if anything else needs to be done with the signed agreement before we have our ceremony?
Usually an online document does not meet the detailed standards of disclosure and knowingly signed Missouri and many states require. If this prenup matters, have a lawyer who knows this law look it over. Each of you needs your own lawyer, you can't share one. i have had many prenups challenged when people download forms and write it themselves.

It will save you time and money down the road to have the document reviewed by a local family law attorney ASAP. Search for one here on by using the Find a Lawyer tab at the top of the page. It is free and easy to use.
Prenups are very difficult to do properly, and something found online may not comply with the laws of the State of Missouri. You can start with the form, but should probably have it reviewed by an experienced family law attorney, who specializes in prenups, before executing it. Unless you have an experienced attorney review it, you will never know if your prenup is valid until you need it -- and by that time it will be too late to fix it if it doesn't meet legal requirements. So, if it is important to you to have a prenup, be sure that you do it properly. Secure appropriate legal counsel (for both of you) at the outset, before you execute the prenup.
I would add to the answers above that actually offers local attorney services in many areas - drafting prenup agreements, parenting plans, etc., all created by attorneys in your jurisdiction. So if you have used a generic form from , I would say that both parties still need to have it reviewed by their own attorney. If you have used the attorney drafting service, then I would absolutely make sure that it the party who didn't hire the attorney found their own attorney to review the document prior to your marriage.
