The perfect lawyer? You may have thought you had the perfect husband. Now you know perfect may not exist. To begin with, we no longer use the word custody in Illinois. So what you really want to know about is which parent will the children will primarily reside with. And being aggressive is not always the correct strategy. If you judge lawyers by your perceptions of their aggressiveness you will be very disappointed in your outcome. Aggressiveness has little if anything to do with a successful outcome.
