To be as concise as possible, my father's memory was in question, in midst of confirming 1st stage dementia . He was seen at Dr office on a Wed, the following sat he collapsed and went to ER by ambulance. When he arrived his foot and part of leg was cadaver, I do not understand, nor will I get returned calls why his foot was overlooked.. While at hospital he was not scanned for 24 hours. I was then they found a ruptured ulcer and had an answer to low blood pressure and septic. There is much to this story and I am looking for an attorney in Alaska that handles malpractice suits.

You are doing precisely what you need to do - seeking an attorney licensed to practice law in Alaska that specializes in medical malpractice. These cases are very fact sensitive and you would need to establish that the doctor you wish to sue failed to practice the appropriate standard of care. Your attorney will be able to guide you through a very complicated type of claim such as this one. Good luck.
