Forming a California LLC, can I use a PO box
Anonymous2 views1 answers
I would like to form an LLC in California, but would like to use a PO Box or Mailbox place for the address, I was told that for an LLC you cannot use a PO box, with Corps you can,.
I just want to maintain some privacy, can I use the address of the registered agent? suggestions welcome :-)
You can use a PO Box for the LLC, except on the Statement of Information you are required to file. For that you need a street address for the principal executive office and office where records are maintained. Same with a corporation.
I often have clients use my address as registered agent as part of my service and fee.
