Have court today, what may happen?

I got pulled over 9 years ago and when the officer ran my license he said it had been suspended due to medical, but I had no idea or I wouldn't have been behind the wheel. Also he gave me a ticket for failure to yield. I appeared to court and the judge said for me to take care of my license. I had to pay fine and court costs on the 1 ticket which I did. I got my license taking care of. Now 9 years later they had a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear which the sheriff's office in my area called them and they gave me a court date and let me go. I have had my license done numerous times since then, a pop pistol permit, jobs and noone ever mentioned anything. Even when I finished paying my fines. The papers for continued court date in 07 was sent to my ex husband's house which at that time I had moved out and we were going through a divorce. He never told or sent me the papers on court date or I would have went. I'm extremely nervous, I have never been arrested and I got copy of DMV from Montgomery and it's clean. I never get in trouble. What may happen today? I don't want to go to jail and am praying I dont. If I had honestly known of court date second time I would have went.
