I had an stomach surgery which left me in chronic pain, and large scar hernia "which now need sugery, but the chance of it helping now are real slim since it's been so long, the doctor kept saying it would go away, it's only got worse no doctors will touch means tell me to go back to him , but he says there's nothing he can do! There is a lot going on here and I'm trying to keep it short!

You should contact an attorney to discuss this, it sounds like tit could be barred by the statute of limitations, but there are certain circumstances where the statute of limitations can be tolled. An attorney experienced in medical malpractice could tell you if your claim is still viable.

Statute of limitations likely has lapsed even if you use the sometimes applicable six year of repose. Otherwise, have local counsel enlist an expert to review the records and imaging studies to determine if there was a departure from accepted standards of practice which caused damages sufficient to warrant a malpractice action being initiated.
