How do I stop cssd from garnishing my wages
cssd in Ak has been garnishing my wages for child support and arrears for 4 children. The children have been removed by ocs and placed with me. They are still garnishing $800 a month from my paycheck. How can I get the courts to stop the garnishment untill the judge signs a new custody and support order with me having primary legal and physical custody. We go to trial in January. He ordered an updated child support guideline Affidavit. What motion or exhibit can I put in to stop cssd from still garnishing ny paychecks?
