Broke left ankle on school ground around 2000-2004. I had one surgery to repair ankle then, then I had another surgery this year to remove 4 pins, after that now I had to have Reconstruction surgery and I am in a lot of pain. My question is can I go after the school district for Pain and suffering?

You may be outside of the statute of limitations. Lawsuits often need to be brought within a certain amount of time. Confirm with local counsel.
