Can i get a possession charged dropped if they never asked me to search my car.

I was pulled over for driving without a license and was arrested and when on sceen no drug paraphenela was found. When i was at the police department they said they found something a spoon and cotton. They never asked me to search my car and they got a warrant to search the car and on the warrant they said they found a spoon n napkin with brown n black residue. But they found that before the search warrant was issued.
