How do I force my ex girlfriend to move out of my house? I rent this house from my father.

I have been with a girl for 14 years. She has always smoked and drank a lot but it did not matter that much to me for the first 12 years because I had a full time career and a rental property business on the side. I really wasn't home that much and she did help me raise my kids. My girlfriend has become a big drunk and on top of that she has COPD, is on oxygen, and stopped working Feb of 2015. We broke up in March 2016. I gave her and eviction notice 9/30/16 but she still hasn't left. My step mom's organs started failing at the end of October, she passed last Thursday, and we buried her yesterday. That us why I hadn't done anything yet this month about her eviction. She signed up for disability last year but hasn't got it yet. I currently spend $120 a week on cigs and alcohol for her. She has no money and no job. What the heck do I do? I want her out but where? She also says she is entitled to a lot of the stuff in this house and she isn't leaving with just her clothes. Is that true? We never married. Do I need to take her to eviction court? She won't leave on her own. Thanks, Andy.
