Can I enter Mexico for vacation? I'm a permanent resident green card holder with a misdemeanor dui a few years ago.
Planning on going to Mexico for vacation wondering if I'll have a problem entering Mexico bec I have a dui record .

As long as you don't have any warrants and you took care of everything on that case you should not have a problem traveling to and returning from Mexico with a valid visa/green card. Enjoy

This forum is US immigration law. You should consult the Mexican consulate website for admission to Mexico. A single DUI is not a bar to US entry to a returning green card holder .

Entering Mexico will not be a problem. Returning to the US, as long as you have no outstanding warrants will not be a problem either.
