Married 4 yrs after I-130 petition as single child over 21

My mother ( Permanent Resident) applied a petition I-130 form for me 4 yrs a go as single child over 21. I got married now. What should we do? Does this mean I have no right for this now, or is there any form of adjustments? She should be applying for her American passport in 8 months. Is there anyway these 4 years count against some sort of another adjustment? I live in Dubai.

Now that you got married, that petition that mom filed on your behalf while she was a green card holder has in effect been cancelled, automatically, by "operation of law". Period. Once mom becomes a US citizen (I foresee that happening some 16-18 months from now), mom will then have the right to file another petition on your behalf, in which your new spouse will automatically included, but which will take 6-7 years to process and have an immigrant visa number available. There unfortunately is no way "those 4 years" could be credited towards the new petition's "wait time".
