What can u do when your lawyer lies to you, can u sue for your money back?
I hired a lawyer for a DUI and he told me my plea bargain was to drop the fines except the court costs, and suspend my license, few months later I recieve a letter sayin I owe for old fines and a warrant would be issued. What should I do or can I do anything?
