I married my girlfriend (She is from Spain but has lived her on H1B visa) a month ago and I am trying to do the paperwork. I am a US citizen. It looks like we need: I-130 Immigrant Petition (signed by me) I-485 Application for Adjustment of Status (signed by her) I-765 Employment Authorization Application (signed by her) I-131 Application for Travel Document (signed by her- this document permits her to travel during the pendency of her "green card" case) G-325A Biographic Sheet (one for each of us) I-693 A medical examination in a sealed envelope performed by a civil surgeon I-864 (Completed by me) Can I send everything together or should I send the I-130 separately. I need to know which forms go together in the same package and if I am missing any other forms. Thanks!

You need to send everything together. Make sure that you put a table of contents and also additional documents to prove the bona fide of a marriage. It is often advisable to use an attorney to prepare such documents or at least have an attorney review documents before you send me. It is advisable to contact and retain an immigration lawyer in the process if you are not familiar with it. It will certainly save time and any denial of your petitions. You send all the aforementioned forms together. You are welcome to use the link provided below. Goodluck.

It would be best to retain an immigration attorney to assist you with your petition. There are several benefits to doing so, the primary benefit is that your paperwork will be done right the first time and you can avoid delays.
