Does the years that I have lived in US, holding visa, count in my citizenship application process?

I have been living in US for 2 years and I have recently gained my Green Card. I am wondering when can I apply for citizenship? 5 years after my Green Card issued date or can it be earlier ?

You will need to wait 4 years and 9 months before you consider filing the FORM N-400. If you are married to a U.S. citizen for at least 2 years and 9 months you can file the FORM N-400 earlier.

If you got your green card through employment you can apply for citizenship 4 years and 9 months from the date your green card was issued.

No. Only the time that you lived after having attained lawful US permanent resident status counts. You will be eligible to apply for citizenship exactly 4 years and 9 months from the effective date found on your "green card".
