I would like to leave but he is making it impossible. Idealistically I would just like my name removed from the home and the $ I put into closing back. He says I can leave but the kids aren't going anywhere so I'm worried about what to do with our two daughters and custody? We have 50/50 physical of our first with special needs and I have legal and nothing for our second child. No $ for a lawyer right now....where do I go from here?

If you are on the mortgage debt, your mortgagee is not going to release you from your legal obligation to pay the mortgage. The home may need to be refinanced with your name removed at that juncture. I suggest you visit the local Family Court and speak to the clerk's office about scheduling a hearing that may help resolve some of the issues of custody concerning your 2nd child. Preferably, you should hire a family law attorney to assist you.
