Can I get a us passport
I owe 13000 in back taxes through offer and compromise have a repayment plan have missed no payments I also had back child support which has been paid in full with 0 balance my wife and daughter went to mexico to visit she has to do some business with immigration there I need a passport to go get my daughter so she can stay in school she is a us citizen will the taxes pose a problem I would like to know what exactly the background check consists of I don't have the money to apply if I cant get it because they don't do refunds please advise
