My spouse refuses to divorce me and currently pays 1200 a month. He has taken 8700 out of my account and through nonpayment forced me to use the 2015 tax return to pay old debts. After paying the bills I have 122 left for food gas etc. he kepos saying we have the same income 3200 a month. I am requesting support as he does not pay medical bills or expenses. I am requesting 3000 a month is this too much? He thinks it is as I will have 4995 as my monthly incime

It doesn't sound like you're going to get anywhere without a divorce attorney helping you. Your husband isn't going to agree with you even if what you say is fair or not. You need to protect yourself, end this horrible relationship, and get good advocacy from a local attorney who practices family law.
