Anything I can do to obtain a green card?

I was a legal permanent resident. I committed a felony and served 3 years in state prison. INS removed permament resident status and order a final deportation to Vietnam. Vietnam does not currently except those who move to the States before July 1995. My question is , is there anything or anyway I can do in order to to remove the deportation and obtain a green card? Thank you,

If you are eligible to readjust your status, you may be able to get the immigration court to reopen and grant you permanent resident status.

The answer to your question depends on the type of felony, as well as whether or not you can prove a form of extreme hardship to a qualifying relative. You should consult an immigration attorney to discuss the specifics to see if you are eligible.
