How long does it usually take to get my settlement check if medicare/medicaid is not involved?

I was in a car accident April 30th 2016 I have signed all release forms The insurance company sent out the check November 17th 2016 to my lawyer I used no fault for this accident. I do not have Medicaid or Medicare... The lawyers office sent a request to Medicare / Medicaid to check if I have any liens which I don't .. how much longer do I have to wait
