On sept 5 2016 my mother was admitted to Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca ny while she was at the hospital she suffered 3 server strokes 1 that left her paralyzed and took away her ability to eat or drink she went 19 days with any food when the doctors decided to place a feeding tube in her which was on a Friday she died Friday night I think she died of hemmorage shock due to the tube not being properly placed my mother bleed out in the bed and the doctor's are covering it up due I have a case?

Putting aside of the issue of any possible neglignce here, the main issue in your case would be if the damages to be awarded are large enough to justify the cost of prosecuting of the case.... Unfortunately under the NY law, very many wrongful death cases are not viable.
