Can I adopt an adult that has a parole status?
I would like to adopt my 18 and 20 yr old cousins they are here legally under a parole status.

Very likely you could do that. The question is why you would want to do that and what it has to do with immigration.

You can adopt your cousins if you comply with all the state requirements for adoption.
However, your cousins will not be able to claim any immigration benefits based on the adoption.

You may be able to adopt them but you cannot provide any immigration benefits to them since they were not adopted before the age of 16.
