What can I do? I want to get rid of this bad partnership.

What can I legally do Minority business partner has breached "Partnership / Operation Agreement" however our poorly written agreement has no "Exit clause" and the Same Partner has blocked other partners from contact via phone / email and refuses to do anything for business. And has NOT done anything for the past year.
