I had a case heard in a civil court by a justice of peace judge my question was her ruling right

the judge told me to allow the tenant to move out after I file a eviction on the tenant which was 5 days period in the process the tenant remove some items out of my property that did not belongs to her she owe rent when she left she told the judge she put my items on the street. the tenant told the judge that I falsely accuse her. and my property had rats and mold and feel she should not pay for rent or utility. the judge agreed and charge me a total of 4500 hundred dollars to be award to the tenant. I had to file a appeal which is costing me more money I need help dealing with decision of the judge
